Untold Tales of Yggdrasil: Thor’s SD Unit Reveal
As mentioned in an early update while the Kickstarter was still ongoing, one of the characters chosen by one of our top backers who backed the Untold Tales of Yggdrasil tier was Thor!
And today, we would like to share a color-completed illustration for Thor’s new SD Unit!
Doesn’t she just look lovely in that wedding dress?
“One day, some time after Thrudheim was conquered...There was a dinner party, hosted by Loki and the government officials of Thrudheim. It was then that the God of Thunder, Thor, arrived at the venue. She was clad, not in her usual battle garb, but rather in a dress of pure white...”

Jorm’s Birthday!
Today is Jorm’s birthday, folks!
Loki’s haughty and short-tempered older sister was born on the 14th day of the Earth Moon Phase according to the VenusBlood Calendar (30th of May for us on Earth).
Now then, a simple introduction about the role Jorm plays in VenusBlood FRONTIER.
“That’s right, today is my Birthday! So, you lot, don’t forget to pay me your tributes (Give me presents)! ...Still, when do you think I’ll be able to grow up to look as sexy and mature as my sisters...?”
The youngest daughter among the royal siblings.
A crude, violent and short-tempered girl, she often acts very aggressive towards other people, but is very emotionally attached to her beloved sisters.
She despises thinking about difficult things and tends to leave military matters to her subordinates. However, she makes up for the lack of tactical skill with brute strength.

Good day, everyone! A few things to go over in today’s update, so let us get started!
As of right now, the current translation progress of VenusBlood FRONTIER sits at around 55% total completion. Things are progressing rather smoothly, and we certainly hope that you’re all as excited as we are for the final product!
New BGM Track Sample
So, remember Stretch Goal 1 “Song of the Battlefield”? It said that there would be 6 new BGM tracks added to the game’s soundtrack…
Well, today, we would like to share with all of you a sample of one of the BGM Tracks!
This track is titled “A New Battlefield”. (There is a chance the title of this track will change)
There are still 5 more BGM tracks apart from this that will be added to the soundtrack, so do look forward to them!
Hel’s Birthday!
By the way, it’s Hel’s birthday today, folks!
The genius prodigy with the heart of a maiden, Hel, was born on the 33rd day of the Wind Moon Phase according to the VenusBlood Calendar (3rd of May for us on Earth).
Now then, a simple introduction about the role Hel plays in VenusBlood FRONTIER.
“My Birthday…? I see, so it was already that time of the year...Would you be willing to accompany me for a short while? I have some flowers that one can only obtain during this season in my personal garden that I would like to show you. I’ll warn you now, but make sure that you don’t tell any of my subordinates about this! Why? Well, because...If they knew I was the kind of person who appreciates flowers like this, their image of me will crumble away...”
The eldest daughter among the royal siblings. The prodigal daughter who, even as a youth, chose to stand on the front lines of the imperial army of her own will, and has fought countless battles to suppress riots within the demon realm. By the time Loki was born, she was already a seasoned warrior who was in charge of a large part of the imperial army.
Her skill at leading an army, coupled with her clever use of magic and tactics as well as her proficiency in direct combat is the reason why many consider her to be the heir closest to the throne.

A short and simple update for you guys today.
First off, we would like to show pictures of a few Acrylic Keychains!

*These keychains were sold in Japan during events and such. The character’s image on the surface of the acrylic keychains from the VBF Kickstarter will be largely similar, however the back side of the keychains will have English letters printed on it.

The design itself hasn’t been fully completed and coloured in...These pictures are to help illustrate what the final product might look like.
Freya’s Momimakura is the standard type with a decent sized bust to give that feeling of...’fullness’ when you give them a squeeze.

Rigret’s Momimakura design is more or less completed, however there is still a chance small changes might be made.
This one is a rather peculiar design. After all, one would assume a Momimakura (Breast Pillow), something that exists so you can enjoy the sensation or rubbing and squeezing them would...Well, have a little more volume?
But hey, I’m sure it’ll make for quite a different experience compared to the normal type (such as Freya’s version)! Certainly a must have for fans of slightly more...modestly sized breasts.
Finally, just a quick reminder that we are still accepting upgrades to your pledge/additional add-ons until the end of April 2019! The deadline is fast approaching, so if you’re still on the fence as to whether or not to get that one add-on, or to pre-order some limited edition VBF goodies, this will likely be your last chance! Garm’s Birthday
Today is Garm’s birthday, folks!
The loyal soldier Garm was born on the 28th day of the Wind Moon Phase according to the VenusBlood Calendar (28th April for us on Earth).
Now then, a simple introduction about the role Garm plays in VenusBlood FRONTIER.
“Huh? You’re wishing someone like me a Happy Birthday? Heh, that makes me pretty happy. I’m but a soldier in your service, boss...But I'll definitely be there whenever you need me, just say the word! Well then, see you later.”
Garm the sniper served under Loki’s father Farba as the leader of his riot suppression team “Equity’s Edge”. As such, he has spent many years by Loki’s side. A loyal soldier who fully devotes himself to the person he serves, he was chosen by Loki to serve as his adjutant during the conquest of Yggdrasil.

Tyrca’s Birthday!
Incidentally, today is Tyrca’s birthday, folks!
The titular main heroine of VenusBlood Frontier, the goddess of spring was born on the 16th day of the Wind Moon Phase according to the VenusBlood Calendar (16th April for us on Earth).
Now then, a simple introduction about the role Tyrca plays in VenusBlood FRONTIER.
“Yes, it is my birthday today. As I am the Goddess of Spring, it would be great if your world could also experience the sensation of a gentle spring breeze on this day...Although, I am extremely happy that you would wish me a Happy Birthday. Thank you.”
Tyrca is the goddess who governs over spring, and is the third daughter of the 4 goddesses. She is also known as a goddess who brings hope and harmony.
As she is still a young goddess, she is a little naive. However, she is, in fact, a compassionate maiden who harbours deep affection for humankind. She is also very much aware of the fact that she is still lacking as a goddess and strives to better herself everyday in order to better guide humankind.
One could say the lively atmosphere of her country is a reflection of her own personality.

Good day, everybody!
Today, we would like to introduce the remaining Rebirth characters!
First off, we have the young lady who loves riding tentacles, the 'Tentacle Rider'!
This character was designed alongside the 'Rebirth' tier backer, R-amber!
Having experienced the joy that comes from...'Riding' tentacles, she has decided to go on a journey in order to spread the joy of tentacles! She most likely does not realise that she might have a few screws loose. Oh, and that tentacle she currently rides? Quite the gentleman, that one.
Next, we have the wandering hero from another realm, 'Kharn Pendraeg'!
This character was designed alongside the 'Overlord's Harem' tier backer, Kanshisha13!
A hero from another realm. After up all of his power and 'soul-force' in a desperate suicide attack to defeat an otherwise immortal foe, the resulting fallout from his attack also collapsed the space-time continuum, and he awoke to find himself in an unfamiliar world. Greatly weakened, he realises that he is now but a remnant, a fragment of his former self, and constantly feels a distant pull as if something is beckoning him somewhere.
In order to reunite with his beloved and become complete once again, he wanders this new world, searching for a method to return his soul, or whatever is left of it, back into the cycle of reincarnation.
Moving on, we have the Great 'Gatsby Pugnome'!
This character was designed alongside the 'Rebirth' tier backer, Gatsby Pugnome!
Gatsby Pugnome was orphaned as a baby, and was then raised by "Some guy" and has a childhood best friend known as Creeps. He likes to talk about his intimate relationship with a woman who is, as he puts it, "as fierce as a tiger but as small as a house cat", and he thinks of her constantly.
He tends to try and act and look cool but usually comes off as a bit of a nerd. In reality, he's actually a pretty laid back person. He is also faster than the average soldier and likes to say "Zip Zoom" a lot as he races around the battlefield. He is also a good cook and his specialty dish is Mapo Tofu.
And finally, we have the heroine from another world, 'Teria'!
This character was designed alongside the 'Rebirth' tier backer, misoji!
Hailing from an alternate timeline of the VenusBlood Gaia universe where events from the main timeline may not have occurred, she was transported to the world of VenusBlood Frontier where she was subsequently found by Loki and was 'coerced' into joining his army.
And that about does it for the second and final part of the Rebirth unit introductions! All 8 Rebirth units introduced will be featured in VenusBlood FRONTIER International, and we hope that you are all as excited as we are to see them in the final version of the game!

So, remember that one part of the first stretch goal, 'Song of the Battlefield'? The one that says 'English ED theme'?
Well, today, we would like to share a sample of the song with all of you!

Rigret's Money Pool Scene
We would like to release some information regarding the winning scene for Rigret, as voted for by the money pool backers!
The scene Rigret will be featured in is themed around a yule (winter) festival, and will feature her in her pure form!
